Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Crownedbyvee. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are designed to clarify policies, protect both parties, and ensure a positive experience.
2. Booking & Auto-Confirmation
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon scheduling. Crownedbyvee reserves the right to decline any booking that does not adhere to our policy or is deemed unsuitable.
3. Deposit & Fees
A £40non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. If your appointment is declined by Crownedbyvee, any deposit paid will be returned. Balance would be made in cash
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. Multiple reschedules or changes made will require a new deposit.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a service is completed. If you have concerns about your hairstyle, please contact Crownedbyvee within 48 hours so we can address and attempt to resolve any issues.
7. Payment
Cash payment is required at the end of the appointment. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your total amount due.
8. Client Expectations (Before Appointment)
Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless your service includes a wash. If you feel unwell, please reschedule to maintain a safe environment.
9. During Your Appointment
You may bring headphones, snacks, or reading material, provided it doesn’t disrupt the service. Only the person receiving the service is permitted unless otherwise discussed. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or special needs, please inform us in advance.
10. Client Data & Right to Decline Service
Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes. Crownedbyvee reserves the right to decline services that conflict with our policies or present safety concerns.
